A factory behind your sign shop
We build LED backlit metal letters, channel letters, dimensional letters, lightboxes and modular signs to a sign shop's drawings, approve a mockup first, light-test and photograph every set, and ship it install-ready under the shop's own name to the US, Canada and Australia. No minimum order; typical lead time about 4 weeks from order to your door, confirmed at drawing approval.

Ships under your label. No Thuận Sơn mark on the product unless you ask for it. We do not contact your end clients, and nothing we publish names them.

Brief to crate, seven steps
Brief
You send artwork, sizes, quantity, destination and target date. Send what you have, vector or a JPEG; we redraw at no charge.
Quote
Quoted per sign set. A quote within 24–48 hours once we have artwork, size and quantity.
Engineering
Structure, mounting points, load, wiring and power, so the sign arrives install-ready. Send a photo of the wall; our engineering team proposes the mounting method and the pattern.
Mockup
A mockup is approved before the production run. The lead time is confirmed at drawing approval.
Production
Cut, weld, finish, wire. The raceway or backer is built in the same run.
QC
The full set is powered up, checked and photographed. You get the photo set before packing.
Ship
Mounting drawings and an install guide ship in every crate. Export packing and a tracking number when the crate leaves.
About 4 weeks
From order to your door, confirmed at drawing approval. Delivered with freight and import duties handled, or collected at our factory if you run your own freight. Your choice at quote.

Do you sell to end customers?
No. We build for sign shops, distributors and brands and ship under their name. If you are a business looking for a sign, contact a sign company near you; they can order from us.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One set is a normal order. Every job is quoted per sign set from your artwork and sizes.
Is the sign UL Listed?
LED modules and power supplies are UL Recognized / UL-listed components. If your client's city or landlord requires a UL label on the complete sign, tell us before production.
